Goals!!


It is important for some people to set and reach some goals in life. They are very important because they help us to become who we want to be. Most people have goals, but not all people can reach them.

There are two types of goals: some are
 short-term goals, which are the ones you want to reach in a short period of time(from a few days to a month or two). Short-term goals would be, for example, stop smoking or adopting a new habit like reading.

The other type of goal is long-term goals, which are the ones you want to reach in some months or even years. These goals can be: get in shape or learning a new language. We can include here the 'New Year's resolutions', which are goals we expect to reach that year.

But, as I said, not all people can complete the goals they have. To solve this problem, they can divide these goals into different parts called micro goals. For example, if you think you can't learn a language because you can't do an hour of private classes every day, you can learn a few words every day and use them.

In my case, I also have goals. For example, this year I wanted to read more so I am reading a book each month. I also want to draw more and do some exercise so I'm doing that during the quarantine.
