Families in the future?? DIY families??

Medicine has evolved and this has affected the types of families we can find today in our society. Before families were composed by a father, a mother and their children. Now, many families have only one child, and there are more types of families. There are families with one parent and families with two fathers and two mothers.  To have children, these families have different methods, like adopting a child, in vitro fertilization or even surrogacy.

Medicine has also affected births. Many women can't give birth naturally because their pelvis is too narrow. Before these women couldn't have children, and if they wanted to have a child, both they and their babies could die when they were giving birth. Now these women give birth by caesarea, but they can pass these genes to their daughters, so their daughters can have also a narrow pelvis. Because of this, scientists have noticed that the number of children who are born by a caesarea is incresing because of these genes.

When the father is infertile or two women want to have a child, they can go to a sperm donor so they can have babies who have genes from one parent and genes from the sperm donor. In some countris like the UK the children whose father is a sperm donor don't have the right to know who their father is and this can be a problem because, although people want donors to be young and healthy, no one's perfect, and children can't prevent some diseases because they don'y know they could have them.

In my opinion all advances in medicine are good because it enables people to have a better quelity of life. These advances can make people who have dificulties in having children. Although with caesarea there are more people with a small pelvis,the percentage of children who are born by a caesarea won't be 100%. Changing terms, I also think that in countries like the UK children whose father is a sperm donor must be able to know who their father is because if they know who he is, they can prevent some diseases in the future.

Digital money, a good option to invest?

Lately the ways of paying have changed. The most common way of paying is cash, which is mainly used by elderly people and for small purchases. Cash contains coins and bank notes which change depending on the country. For example, in Spain and the European Union they use the euro, in the UK they use the pound and in Russia they use the Russian ruble.

Nowadays there are more ways to pay. You can use a credit card, which is very useful when you are paying a big purchase and you don't have enough cash. You can also pay by PayPal when you are doing an online purchase. Recently we can also pay something with our mobile phones with an app and you can use it as a credit card.

Recently we can see a new way of paying: bitcoins. These coins are digital coins that you buy with real money and whose value goes up and down. You can buy things with these coins, but the main purpose of people who buy these coins is wait for the price to go up and down and sell them to earn money.

In my opinion, money is evolving with technology and we have to adapt to the new ways of paying. I think these ways of paying will evolve and in the future cash will dusappear. I also think that bitcoins are a good option for those people who know when to sell them because if you don't sell them for a higher prize, you will lose a lot of money

Writing 02: Different between now and your first year at secondary school

Many things have changed since my first year at secondary school. For example, I used to get up at 6:30 because my bus arrived earlier, but now, I get up at 6:50. The subjects that I study have also changed. I used to study music and art, but now I don't do them any more. I used to design games in Robotics, but now I don't do it any longer. I am programming simple robots. Some teachers have changed. In 1º of ESO I had some teachers I don't have any longer because they are retired now.

I also have changed. In my first year at secondary school I used to wear glasses, but now I no longer wear them. I was also very shy in my first year at secondary school, but now I am not that shy and I have many friends!
