Horoscopes: Looking to the stars to fortell our future

A horoscope is a forecast of someone's future, generally based on the stars and their position. There are 12 signs and denpending on the day you are born you belong to one or another sign. There are 12 signs: aquarius, pisces, aries, taurus, gemini, cancer, leo, virgo, libra, scorpio, sagitarius and capricorn.

The horoscaope predicitons are usually about love, work and happiness. They are very general and don't talk about any specific thing, so it's easier to make them true and it's easier for people to believe and follow them.

The horoscope also makes preddictions about what someone is like. Depending on the sign, someone is brave, shy, funny... These predicitions aren't very accurate and sometimes people aren't as the horoscope says.

I am libra and I don't believe in the horoscope. I don't believe in the predictions it makes because I think they are very general and they don't become true for all people who belong to that sign and, if they become true, they don't do it on the same way. I also think that I am not like other people who belong to the same sign as me. For example, the horoscope says libra are very sociable and kind, but I am very shy and I find it difficult talking with people I don't know and making plans with many people.

Life In the year 2222

In my opinion, life in the year 2222 will be very different from life today. There will be many people on Earth. For this reason, the Earth will be polluted, many animals and plants will die, and many of them will disappear. There will be tall buildings so that everyone can have space.

The few animals that will survive will live in zoos. The rubbish we're throwing out will damage the environent, and the effect will be disastrous. As a result, many ecosystems will disappear and animals couln't live in the wild. Global warming will make rise sea levels, and cities that are on the coast will disappear. For this reason, cities in the future will have 3 kilometres' buildings. In these buildings, all will be controlled by robots. People will control robots, but people couldn't go outdoors because of pollution. To move, people will use flying and electric cars.

Life in the future will be catastrophic if we don't protect the environent. I think if we didn't damage Earth, the future will be better. We can make our offspring have a better life by unplugging electrical appliances, planting trees, recycling and reusing old objecs, picking up the rubbish and cleaning up the ecosystems
