Are bilingual schools as good as people say?

English has become one of the most important languages in the world. It is the third most spoken language, behind Spanish and Chinese. Because of this, this language is taught in many schools all over the world. In some of these schools they don't have only English classes in English, they study all the subjects in English. These schools are known as bilingual schools and their purpose is to make students to learn faster the language and make them bilingual.

These schools teach all subjects in English so the students can learn the language faster. Students usually have a high level of the language that they study (usually English, but also French and German.) when they leave school. Many students also go to England and talk with native speakers.

But this kind of schools also have disadvantages. Not all students can speak or learn a language easily so if they study in a bilingual school they won't understand what the teachers are saying and they will fail most of the subjects.

I think we should focus more on learning languages because it's very important when you are looking for a job or going abroad, but I am against bilingual schools because I think that if we teach subjects like Maths in English, most of the students won't understand it.
